Rotación interna, ejercicio isométrico (fuerza)

  1. Flexione el brazo derecho frente al cuerpo con la palma de la mano hacia arriba. Sujete la muñeca con la mano izquierda. 

  2. Empuje el brazo derecho hacia adentro mientras empuja hacia atrás con el brazo izquierdo. Intente igualar las fuerzas de modo que ninguno de los brazos se mueva. Empuje con los dos brazos firmemente en sentidos opuestos.

  3. Mantenga la posición durante 5 segundos. Luego, relájese.

  4. Repita 5 veces.

  5. Si se lo indicaron, cambie de brazo y repita el ejercicio.

  6. Haga este ejercicio 3 veces por día o según le hayan indicado.
