Dorsiflexión/flexión plantar (flexibilidad)

Estos ejercicios son para el pie derecho. Cambie los lados para realizar el ejercicio con el pie izquierdo.

  1. Siéntese en la cama o en el piso con la pierna derecha extendida. Doble ligeramente la rodilla izquierda.

  2. Flexione el pie derecho, empujando el talón hacia adelante y trayendo los dedos del pie hacia usted. Esto se denomina dorsiflexión. Mantenga la posición por 5 segundos.

  3. Mueva el pie en la dirección contraria, apuntando los dedos del pie hacia adelante. Esto se denomina flexión plantar. Mantenga la posición por 5 segundos.

  4. Repita 5 veces.

  5. Para hacer el ejercicio con el pie izquierdo, extienda la pierna izquierda y doble ligeramente la rodilla derecha.

Pierna de la rodilla hasta el pie. Pueden verse el pie realizando bombeos con el tobillo.
