Bowlegs and knock-knees almost always correct themselves as your child reaches adolescence. So, if you wait it out, you'll probably notice that, over time, the curves become less and less noticeable. Talk to your doctor if you are concerned. For example, talk with your doctor if your child's legs are severely bowed or knock-kneed, if they become more bowed after about 3 years of age, more knock-kneed after about 7 years of age, of if one leg is different from the other.
